Suzanne Macleod has specialised in mediation since 2002, helping
organisations and individuals resolve complex workplace conflict through
professional, independent intervention.

She holds a Diploma in Workplace Mediation, a Diploma in Welfare and a
Master of Business Administration in Public Sector Management.

Her extensive experience spans workplace, homelessness, gangs, community
and neighbourhood mediation, together with Procurator Fiscal disposals.

Suzanne has particular expertise in supporting individual, senior leadership
and team based workplace disputes.
